综合物理疗法对关节置换患者术后疼痛的影响
The effect of comprehensive physiotherapy on pain in patients after joint arthroplasty
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive physiotherapy on pain in patients after joint arthroplasty.Methods 64 patients after joint arthroplasty were randomly divided into control group (n=32) and observation group (n=32),Control group received conventional nursing,and observation group received comprehensive physiotherapy in addition,including pneumatic compression therapy,ice compress,intermediate frequency electrotherapy.Compared the degree of pain between two groups 1,2,3 days after surgery.Results The pain score in observation group 1,2,3 days after surgery were (3.63±0.29),(4.80±0.35),(3.07±0.54),and (3.91±0.82),(4.86±0.89),(3.85±0.56) in control group,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive physiotherapy can reduce pain in patients after joint arthroplasty.关键词
