Abstract
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of contrast agent in dual source CT for gastric carcinoma.Methods 124 cases of gastric carcinoma in our hospital were selected as the research object,and divided into observation group and control group with 62 cases in each group by the random number table method.The patients in control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,including health education and psychological counseling before examination,postural guidance and iodine allergy test nursing during examination,rescue nursing atter examination.The nursing effect of two groups were observed and compared.Results The satisfaction rate of gastric filling degree,gastric parietal gradation,and the rate of clear display of lesion details in observation group were higher than those in control group,the rate of artifact was lower,with statistically significant differences between two groups (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was 12.9％,significantly lower than 30.6％ in control group,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention has significant effect in contrast agent applied in dual source CT for gastric carcinoma,which is helpfiul to improving the image quality and clinical diagnosis,and can reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
