振源止痫汤治疗小儿癫痫的临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhenyuanzhixian decoction in the treatment of epilepsy in children.Methods 65 children with epilepsy were randomly divided into a control group (n=33) and a treatment group (n=32) randomly.The control group were treated with carbamazepine and sodium valproate and the treatment group Zhenyuanzhixian decoction.The clinical total effective rate and IQ were compared between these two groups.Results 26 cases were complete controlled,3 cases controlled,1 cases basicly controlled,and 2 cases not controlled in the treatment group;19 cases were complete controlled,2 cases controlled,3 cases basicly controlled,and 9 cases not controlled in the control group;the total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group,with a statistical difference (x 2=5.10,P＜ 0.05).The IQ was (93.70±5.67) in the treatment group and (78.50±7.82) in the control group,with a statistical difference (t=8.99,P＜ 0.05).Conclusions Zhenyuanzhixian decoction in the treatment of epilepsy in children can reduce the epilepsy paroxysm frequency and improve IQ without increasing adverse reactions,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
