牙体牙髓病治疗过程中采用利多卡因与阿替卡因麻醉的效果

Abstract
Objective To analyze the anesthesia effect of lidocaine and articaine in the treatment for endodontic disease.Methods 80 patients with endodontic disease treated at our hospital from February to December,2015 were selected and divided into an articaine group and a lidocaine group.Local infiltration anesthesia was applied.The clinical effect was observed.Results The anesthesia effects in upper and lower teeth were better in the articaine group than in the lidocaine group (P＜0.05);the anesthesia effect was better in upper than lower teeth (P＜0.05);the pain degree was better in the articaine group than in the lidocaine group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Local infiltration anesthesia with articaine in the treatment for endodontic disease is obviously effective and can relieve the patient's pain,so it is worth being generalized.关键词
