中西医结合治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床效果观察
Traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer (ROU).Methods 108 patients with ROU treated at our hospital from January,2013 to December,2014 were divided into group A and group B according to treatment methods,54 cases for each group.Group A were treated with conventional western medicine;and in addition,group B were treated with the decoction of Chinese medicine.The treatment effects were compared between these two groups.Results The ulcer wound healing time and VAS score were significantly lower in group B than in group A (P＜0.05).The markedly effective rate was significantly higher and the recurrence rate was significantly lower in group B than that in group A (77.78％ vs.51.85％ and 5.55％ vs.31.48％,P＜0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of ROU,promote ulcer healing,and effectively prevent the recurrence of ulcer.关键词
