负压封闭引流技术治疗慢性化脓性骨髓炎的效果观察与护理OA
Vacuum sealing drainage in treatment of chronic pyogenic osteomyelitis and its nursing care
目的 探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗慢性化脓性骨髓炎的效果及护理要点.方法 选取本院骨外科2012年7月至2014年7月收治的18例慢性化脓性骨髓炎患者,均应用负压封闭引流技术治疗,对临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结治疗期间的护理要点及近期预后情况.结果 18例慢性化脓性骨髓炎患者经过系统的护理与VSD负压封闭引流后,创面愈合4例,手术植骨6例,二期手术植皮8例,均治愈出院.12～36个月回访,痊愈15例,复发3例,总有效率83.3％.结论 注重…查看全部>>
