Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of the application of PBL teaching method in the training of nursing technical operation at psychiatric department and improve the nursing staff's operation skills.Methods Nursing technical operation teaching system basing on PBL teaching method was established.98 nursing staff (the rotary nurses with low qualification were included and the nurses resigning,fired,pregnant,or over 40 years old in 2015 excluded) were taught intravenous infusion,nasal feeding,protection method with magnetic button constraints,intradermal injection of penicillin,and CPR using this system.Before and after this teaching,the teaching effects were analyzed using SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results There were statistical differences in the 5 operations' scores between before and after this teaching (t=--11.887,-7.534,-8.230,-11.211,-10.847,P＜0.001) and was in the average score of the 5 operations (t=21.964,P＜0.001).Conclusions The application of PBL teaching method in the training of nursing technical operation at psychiatric department can improve the psychiatric nurses' clinical thinking and nursing technical operation level.关键词
