3,5-(硝氨基)-1,2,4-三唑肼盐的热行为研究
Thermal behavior of hydrazinium 3,5-dinitramino-1,2,4-triazolate①
摘要
Abstract
The decomposition processes, decomposition reaction kinetics of hydrazinium 3, 5⁃dinitramino⁃1, 2, 4⁃triazolate ( HDNAT) , and the interactions and compatibility of HDNAT with some energetic materials were investigated by thermogravimetry and differential thermogravimetry ( TG⁃DTG) , and differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC) under atmospheric pressure and flowing nitrogen gas conditions. The energetic materials, cyclotetramethylenetetranitroamine ( HMX ) , cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine (RDX), nitrocellulose (NC), nitroglycerine (NG), 125/100⁃NC/NG mixture (NC+NG), N⁃nitrodihydroxyethylaminedinitrate ( DINA) , aluminum powder ( Al) and 3,4⁃bisnitrofurazanfuroxan ( DNTF) , were used. It was experimentally found that the ther⁃mal decomposition processes of HDNAT has a major stage ( main exothermic peak) and a minor stage ( shoulder exothermic peak) in the temperature range of 160~230 ℃, and the kinetic equation of HDNAT decomposition can be expressed as nucleation and growth process, dα/dt=1019.8(1-α)[-ln(1-α)] 35 e-22.2/T, with Ea=184.8kJ·mol-1 and A=1019.4 s-1. There is obvious interac⁃tion between HDNAT and DINA or DNTF, slight interaction between HDNAT and RDX, while little interactions between HDNAT and HMX, NC, NG, ( NC+NG) or Al. The HDNAT⁃HMX, HDNAT⁃NC, HDNAT⁃NG, HDNAT⁃( NC+NG) and HDNAT⁃Al bina⁃ry mixtures have good compatibility, and the HDNAT⁃RDX binary mixture has fair compatibility, and the HDNAT⁃DINA and HD⁃NAT⁃DNTF binary systems have poor compatibility, however.关键词
