EPDM包覆层热解状态下的力学行为及本构模型

摘要
Abstract
To describe the mechanical behavior of EPDM inhibitor of solid rocket in different thermal degradation, the range of thermal degradation temperature of EPDM was determined by thermogravimetric analysis. Stress⁃strain curves of EPDM under differ⁃ent degree of pyrolysis were obtained by quasi⁃static mechanics experiments. Based on Ogden(n=2) model, constitutive model were established respectively to obtain the model parameters by fitting mechanics characteristic curves of EPDM under different de⁃grees of pyrolysis. The results show that primarily water and gas are released at the initial stage of pyrolysis, and mechanical behav⁃iors of the composite could be described by visco⁃hyperelastic constitutive model. With the increase of degree of pyrolysis, rubber matrix and filler fibers were degraded and the composite presents superelastic⁃brittle characteristics.关键词
