摘要

Abstract

The new composite ceramic precursor( ZPCSN) containing zirconium and silicon was prepared by blending tetrakis ( dimethylamido) zirconium( TDEZAZ) with phenylacetylene( PCSN) . The structure of ZPCSN was characterized by FT⁃IR;the cu⁃ring behavior of ZPCSN was analyzed by DSC and its thermal stability was studied by TGA;its ceramization performance was inves⁃tigated by XRD with XPS. The results show that ZPCSN can form dense three⁃dimensional network structure by cross⁃linking in cu⁃ring process and possess excellent heat resistance owing to the alkynyl in the molecular structure;in addition, ZPCSN can turn into multiple complex phases ceramics composed of ZrC, ZrN, SiC and Si3 N4 with a yield of 67.92%after sintering at 1 600℃ in argon, thus it indicates that ZPCSN exhibits excellent ceramization performance.
