早期综合干预对早产儿生长发育的影响
Influence of early comprehensive intervention on premature infant’ s growth and development
摘要
Abstract
Objective To research the influence of early comprehensive intervention on premature infant ’ s growth and development. Methods During the period of May 2012 to May 2013, 296 premature infants born in Zigong Maternal and Child Care Hospital, excluding the ones with congenital deformity and congenital hereditary metabolic disease, were selected and divided into two groups: observation group (156 cases) and control group (140 cases).The observation group got the neuropsychological and behavioral development guidance, emphasizing in strengthening the intervention on cognation, language, and movement practices.The control group was treated with the conventional infant physical examination and education administration mode.The growth and development evaluation, twenty neuro-motorial examinations, and Bayley Scales of Infant Development evaluation were performed for two groups periodically.Results The catch-up-growth of height, weight and head circumference of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in the first year (χ2 =5.89,P=0.015).The occurrence of nervous system abnormalities at 6 corrected month in the observation group was 3.8%, lower than 11.1%of the control group with statistical significance (χ2 =4.84,P=0.028) The MDI and PDI in the observation group in 6 corrected month, 12 corrected month and 24 corrected month were higher than those in the control group (t value ranged 2.43-15.77, all P<0.05) .Until 2 corrected years old, the occurrence of cerebral palsy in the observation group was lower than the control group (χ2 =4.00,P <0.05).Conclusion The early comprehensive intervention can promote premature infant’ s physique, neuropsychological development, realize catch-up-growth, reduce the occurrence of cerebral palsy and improve prognosis.关键词
