Expression and location of CD105 and ki67 in human ovarian cancer cell lines
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expressions of CD105 and ki67 in human ovarian cancer OVCAR3 cell lines and their location. Methods Cell lines with high expressions of CD105 and Ki67 were screened with Western blot from six human ovarian cancer cell lines. Immunofluorescene labelling assay was employed to investigate the location of CD105 and ki67 protein in OVCAR3 ovarian cancer cell lines.Results CD105 and Ki67 were both highly expressed in OVCAR3 cells lines.CD105 was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and cell membrane, while Ki67 was mainly expressed in the nucleus.Conclusion CD105 and ki67 are highly expressed in human ovarian cancer OVCAR3 cell lines.CD105 is located in the cytoplasm and cell membrane, while Ki67 is located in the nucleus, which lay the foundation for the mechanism study of CD105 and ki67 in the development of human ovarian cancer.关键词
