不同方法在重度宫腔粘连治疗中的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objectve To explore the application of different methods for the treatment of severe intrauterine adhesion (IUA) and their efficacy.Methods Sixty-one cases of severe IUA were selected in First Maternity and Child Care in Huizhou.They accepted dissection of IUA during the period of January 2013 to January 2015, and they were grouped into ring group (31 patients) and balloon group (30 patients) according to the random number table method.Intrauterine devices ( IUDs) were placed in the patients in the ring group after surgery and removed 3 months later, while only Foley balloon was placed in the balloon group and removed after 7 days.After 3 artificial cycles hysteroscopy examination was performed for second time.Two groups were observed in terms of IUA, menstruation improvement and pregnant outcomes.The average follow-up was 10.62 ±2.53 months.Results The total effective rate of patients in the ring group after 3 artificial cycles was significantly higher than that in the balloon group (χ2 =11.917, P<0.05).There was 29 cases (93.55%) with normal menstruation in the ring group and 16 cases ( 55.33%) in the balloon group.There were 22 cases ( 70.97%) with normal pregnancy in the ring group and 13 cases (43.33%) in the balloon group.The rates of normal menstruation and normal pregnancy in the ring group were significantly higher than those in the balloon group (χ2 value was 12.743 and 4.761, respectively, both P<0.05). Conclusion Placing IUD into the uterine cavity after dissection of IUA obtains better therapeutic efficacy than placing Foley balloon, and it can effectively improve menstruation and pregnancy.关键词
