摘要

Abstract

In order to assess the internal corrosion condition and remaining service life of submarine gas pipeline from HZ21-1A to FPSO in Huizhou oil field, it adopted ICDA method to assess dry gas pipeline. Pipeline design life is 10 years, at present it has served more than 10 years, moreover it is not suitable for pigging operation. The ICDA method does not need to enter pipeline inside, it can effectively identify pipeline internal corrosion risk. The assessment process includes pre-assessment, indirect testing, detailed testing and post assessment four parts. The assessment results showed that the pipeline meet the requirements to continue to use 5 years.
