Countermeasure Study of Environmental Management and Control of Contaminated Sites
摘要
Abstract
In view of the fact that the environmental management and control of contaminated sites in China lack of laws and regulations, environmental regulations related to soils are basically in blank. In order to strengthen the risk management and control of contaminated sites and standardize the development and utilization of the contaminated lands, in this paper, concrete countermeasures are puts forward from the aspects of clarifying the regulatory responsibility of the contaminated sites, clearing the responsibility of supervision, establishing risk management of the contaminated sites, and setting up relevant risk control system, providing technical supports for environmental management and control of the contaminated sites in China.关键词
