山东省汽车喷涂行业VOCs排放特征研究
Characteristics of Volatile Organic Compound Emission from the Automobile Painting Industry in Shandong Province

Abstract
In this paper, VOCs emitted from the enterprises of car painting, truck painting, electronic commercial vehicle painting and trailer painting in Shandong Province were sampled and emission characteristics was analyzed by use of canister-GC/MS methods. The results showed that with regard to the total emission concentrations and species of VOCs emitted from the automobile painting enterprises in Shandong, the painting enterprises were ranked in such a descending order as trailer > electric commercial vehicle >truck > car. Aromatics were the major species emitted from various auto-painting enterprises and drying workshops (except for the car topcoat drying workshop). Alkanes were the major species emitted from car and trailer painting enterprises. Concentrations of VOCs emission were quite different with regard to different enterprises and various working process, with concentrations of VOCs emitted from painting workshops much higher than those from drying workshops.关键词
