摘要
Abstract
Based on shift‐share analysis ,using panel data on food processing industry and its eight sub‐indus‐tries in Jiangsu province in 2008 and 2013 ,to evaluate the competitiveness of the food processing industry in Jiangsu province .And following the results ,the choices of its leading industries in the future were figured out .The results showed that the developing level of food processing in Jiangsu province was worse than the whole nation during the investigation period .Among which ,its industrial structure was irrational ,and the level of competitiveness was similar to the whole nation .And the developments of its sub‐industries were dif‐ferent .Specifically ,the processing industry of grain ,vegetable oil ,sugar and vegetables ,fruits and nuts were more competitive .Therefore ,those four industries as leading industries should be taken in the future and read‐just the industrial structure to enhance its industrial competitiveness ,and finally accelerate the process of the agricultural industrialization .关键词
