Abstract
In order to reduce and control cucumber seedling diseases in root ,taking Rhizoctonia solani ,Pythinm aphanidermatum and Fusarium oxysporum causing cucumber seeding disease in root as control object ,applica‐tion research and screening of biocontrol bacterial against cucumber root disease were carried out .The results showed that the antagonistic effect of Bacillus subtilis KC1 ,KC6 and KC20 against pathogenic fungi had a good antagonistic effect .Mixed powder were developed by using B .subtilis KC1 ,KC6 and KC20 .The effective content of mixed powder kept at a high level after 13 months of storage .Mixed powder of biocontrol agents had a good control effect on cucumber seeding disease in root ,which reached 64 .12% at a dose of 10 g·m‐2 .关键词
