摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the effect of exogenous spraying γ‐aminobutyric acid on the grow th and develop‐ment of melon under salt stress ,the effect of exogenous spraying γ‐aminobutyric acid (GABA 50 mmol·L‐1 ) on dry matter accumulation ,chlorophyll content ,photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of melon(Yipintianxia 208) seeding under 50 mmol· L‐1 salinity‐alkalinity stress (NaCl∶Na2 SO4∶NaHCO3∶Na2CO3 = 1∶9∶9∶1) hydroponics was investigated .The results showed that salinity‐alkalinity stress signifi‐cantly reduced melon seeding the dry matter accumulation ,chlorophyll content ,net photosynthetic rate (Pn) , stomatal conductance (Gs) ,transpiration rate (Tr) ,intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) ,maximal photochemi‐cal efficiency of PSII ( Fv/Fm ) , photosynthetic electron transport rate ( ETR ) , actual quantum efficiency (ФPSII) and photochemical quenching coefficient (qP) ,and improved the non‐photochemical quench‐ing coefficient (qN) and stomatal limitation value (Ls) .Spraying GABA could improve the dry matter accumu‐lation ,chlorophyll content ,Pn ,Gs ,Tr ,Ci ,Fv/Fm ,ETR ,ФPSII ,qP and reduced NPQ and Ls .Therefore ,spra‐ying GABA could reduce the adverse effects caused by salinity‐alkalinity stress ,improve the photosynthetic ca‐pacity and increase the plant dry matter accumulation of melon seeding .
