The Practice and Development of Agricultural Mutual Insurance of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives in Shijiazhuang
摘要
Abstract
Since the implementation of agricultural mutual insurance of supply and marketing cooperatives in Shijiazhuang from 2008 ,it achieved remarkable success in helping farmers scattered agricultural risk .Its suc‐cess stemed from supply and marketing cooperatives own advantages ,lower costs and meet the farmers'demand and so on .But there was still a low coverage ,catastrophe risk cannot be effectively dispersed .It suggested that the agricultural mutual insurance into the scope of policy‐oriented agricultural insurance ,establish independent agricultural mutual insurance organization ,set up reinsurance mechanism and improve the level of agricultural mutual insurance services .关键词
