辽宁海洋产业发展态势及问题透视
Developing Trend and Problems Perspective of Maritime Industry in Liaoning
摘要
Abstract
Marine industries in Liaoning Province had experienced the recovery development peri-od (1949—1965 ),the traditional industrial standing stage (1966—1979 ),the multi-industries prosperous stage (1980—2005)and the interactional stage between land and sea (2006—2013) etc.,and achieved great development and achievements.The three industrial structures of marine economy have been transferred from the previous inverted triangle to dumbbell shape and to cur-rent pyramid type.Also,they are still adjusting and improving themselves through development. So far,the marine industries in Liaoning Province has been developed into a unified system of first,second and third industry with combination with tradition,emerging and future industry. However,there are some demerits,such as few industrial types,discordant organization,high en-vironmental pressure,out-of-date technology and equipment,less integrated factors,few unit out-put,and insufficient fund,still need to be overcome and improved for the promotion of marine in-dustries.关键词
