我国海上风电发展政策演变分析
The Policy Evolution of Offshore Wind Power Developmentin China
摘要
Abstract
Offshore wind power is one of the strategic focus on new energy and renewable energy development.At present,the development of offshore wind power in China has achieved good re-sults and developing prospects.This paper analyzed the policy evolution of offshore wind power development in China by in-depth study of wind power developing status and policy frameworks of China,from the policy background,content and implementation evaluation.The evolution char-acteristics and main problems were revealed,and some suggestions on offshore wind power devel-oping policies were put forward to provide reference for management and policy-making on off-shore wind power development.关键词
