The Practices and Explorations of Protecting Marine Cultural Heritage in the European Union
摘要
Abstract
Marine cultural heritages are the parts of the past with economic,cultural,politic or so-cial value,most of which are distributed in the coastal areas.The European Union has attached great importance to the protection and sustainable utilization of marine cultural heritage in the system of Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ICZM)and Marine Spatial Planning (MSP). This paper introduced the European Union’s practices and explorations,put forward the proposal of cultural heritage census,conservation planning,determination of the main managing body,and improvement of law institution,to strengthen the protection of marine cultural heritage in China.关键词
