Abstract
Ship observation works by recruiting volunteers to collect elements of marine hydrome-teorology observations and transmit data as required.It is an international obligation of maritime countries asked by UN Meteorological Organization and an important part of the global weather monitoring network.This paper introduced the history and current status of ship observations in China.Suggestions were proposed based on the specific knowledge of ship observations so as to help domestic management personnel and scientists to get a new understanding of this essential international observation program,and to understand the progress of the implementation of ship observations.关键词
