中国滨海旅游业效率评价及时空演变分析
Efficiency Evaluation and Spatio-Temporal Evolution Analysis of Coastal Tourism in China
摘要
Abstract
Based on the role of coastal tourism efficiency in development of tourism industry,using DEA,Global Malmquist combined with the standard deviation ellipse analysis,this paper attemp-ted to analyse spatial-temporal evolution of coastal tourism efficiency in 53 coastal cities of China. The results showed that:①The impulsion of coastal tourism is efficient development of “people”and coastal tourism is based on collaborative system of “land-people-sea”.Coastal tourism is a dominant industry of green economy in marine industries,and has special resource properties in tourism industry.Its development is conditioned by the efficiency of human economic activities.②The sensitivity and vulnerability of coastal tourism to external economic environment change is stronger.Although government investment plays a significant role in promoting the efficiency of coastal tourism,the investment scale and scale efficiency don’ t have index effect.The scale effi-ciency is conformity with the space-time developing law of comprehensive efficiency in coastal tourism,and the pure technical efficiency is a dominant factor in promoting the development of comprehensive efficiency,and policy efficiency is the main factor that influences the developing ef-ficiency of China’ s coastal tourism.The efficiency spatial distribution of China’ s coastal tourism is higher in south and lower in north,but the regional disparity is gradually reducing.③The driving factors,influencing the efficiency of coastal tourism,have the characteristics of restraining each other and coordinated development.So in the future,the coastal tourism development should be paid attention to the quality of tourism practitioners and professional training,guide the coastal tourist transform direction to civilized and ecological tourism gradually,perfect the supporting policies and measures of regional tourism development,improve the efficiency of coastal tourism in the comprehensive developing level,and carry out targeted efficiency improvement measures to reduce the difference of regional development.关键词
