Abstract
Marine development occupies extremely important position in social economy,and is an important support system for maintaining the national security,relieving land resource stress and expanding space.Being an important part of national ecological civilization construction,marine ecological civilization construction is a long-term task and system engineering.The paper made profound analysis on the situation and problems of current marine ecological civilization construc-tion,and put forward the main task and major projects,in order to make contribution to the ma-rine ecological civilization construction.关键词
