Abstract
Marine power strategy is an important engine of China’ s marine economic development, scientific protection of the marine environment and the rational development of marine resources are significant measures of marine economic development.Eco-environmental performance and so-cio-economic performance variables were introduced in this paper,and the factor analysis method was used to calculate the impact factor of main ingredients of the marine environment,and the performance of marine environment was scientifically evaluated based on components factor score coefficients.The weight of related factors results indicated that the weight of socio-economic per-formance factors was larger than the weight of ecological performance factors.To make the ma-rine environment gain sustainable development,it requires the continuous efforts from all walks of life in our society,for instance,improving the monitoring mechanism for marine environment and forming a good atmosphere to protect the marine environment.关键词
