The Gap and Problems of China's Fiscal Transparency
摘要
Abstract
How to improve Fiscal transparency is the key to realize responsible government and protect the citizen's right to know as well as properly manage public funds.The gap between China's fiscal transparency and international standards is large, domestic performance is also uneven. So, to enhance fiscal transparency in China need two aspects of the technical level and political will.Strengthen the budget classification, establish normative government consolidated financial reporting system,introduce incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism.关键词
