摘要

Abstract

To effectively reduce the danger between special vehicle and ground aircraft(such as collision, air shock, damages and etc), using key technologies like Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast(ADS-B) and ground aircraft of ADS-B report screening algorithm, monitoring information decoding algorithm, safety area data base, touch screen graphical display algorithm and etc, a vehicle mounted device which mainly has automatic aircraft ground surveillance is designed. A motion detection graphical display on the airport special vehicle assists and gives instructions to pilots. It has been proven in test that the automatic surveillance is clear, precise and effective.
