摘要

Abstract

In order to on-line monitor and evaluate the stability of the filling system, first of all, based on the direction of the digital mine construction, on-line monitoring scheme of filling system stability was put forward to introduce the stability online monitoring content of the filling system, which mainly included raw material supply system stability monitoring, slurry preparation system stability monitoring, transmission system stability monitoring system stability monitoring, mining area, as well as the main monitoring the content of each system and monitoring technology. Secondly, the triangle method was put forward to evaluate stability of filling system, taking the slurry transport system factor for system stability index, plasma system stability index and raw mate-rial supply system stability index into consideration as stability index for filling system. Stability index of slur-ry delivery system, plasma preparation system, raw material supply system were divided into three levels of low, moderate or high, and the filling system stability index level was determined according to the level of the three system stability indexes.
