从实验教学角度初探实战型药学人才的培养
A Preliminary Discussion of Practical Type of Pharmaceutical Talent Cultivation From the Perspective of Practice Teaching

Abstract
The pharmacy is a practical subject, the experimental teaching is important to cultivate pharmaceutical students professional skills and innovation ability, but many school experiment content mostly conifrmatory experiments. In addition, in the process of cultivating students lack of the comprehensive training of basic knowledge and basic skills. Although traditional practice teaching students gain some knowledge, the students' initiative and innovation ability are constrained. China medical university college of pharmacy added laboratory basic knowledge and skills training before the specialized courses. Then, they will establish a comprehensive, innovative experiment teaching content at the end of the professional courses. Through the reform, the students strengthen their practice ability and innovation ability, the training mode from technical to practical mode transformation. At the end students become composite type and practical talents.关键词
