摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the surgical and conservative treatment of ankle fractures in patients with clinical efifcacy.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data in our hospital from September 2014 to November 2015 during the 74 cases of ankle fractures in patients, using digital mode is divided into odd and even numbers of the control group (conservative treatment) and observation group (surgery), 37 cases in each group.Results The observation group total effective healing time than the control group; control groupm length of stay and cost of treatment is better than the observation group.Conclusion The treatment options have advantages and disadvantages, should refer to the actual situation of patients comprehensive treatment options.关键词
