Abstract
Objective It is explored that the training methods of spinal anesthesia teaching.MethodsAnesthesia resident 20 of standardized training was selected, randomly divided into two groups: A group using multimedia combined with medical simulation teaching and B group using multimedia combined with traditional medicine teaching. It was processed that two groups’ theoretical knowledge, clinical skills and comprehensive skills assessment to evaluate teaching effectiveness.Results The scores of clinical skills in A group were higher than B group (P<0.05). A group results were better than group B in history taking, patient communication, overall evaluation of the clinical comprehensive treatment ability assessment (P<0.05).Conclusion Media teaching combined with medical simulation teaching can signiifcantly improve the clinical skills and clinical comprehensive treatment capacity of spinal anesthesia.关键词
