Abstract
Objective To analyze the neural endoscopic minimally invasive surgery and removal of invasive hematoma in patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage clinical effect.MethodsTo collect 100 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, according to the treatment will be divided into control group and observation group and control group, the 50 cases, respectively, the implementation of craniotomy for removal of hematoma and neural endoscopic minimally invasive surgery.Results Compared with the control group and observation group in the therapeutic effect and safety of better obviously, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Using neural endoscopic minimally invasive surgery in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage more safe and effective, compared with the removal of hematoma craniotomy has a high application value.关键词
