Abstract
Population aging is a common problem currently in the world. Healthy aging is the strategy of the challenge of population aging and aims to achieve most of the elderly population health and longevity reflected in prolonged healthy life expectancy, i.e. not only for life extension, more important is to improve the quality of life. Detection of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) has become a craze in the world. There is no simple and rapid technology and a better assessment tool for diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment. There is little research on the nursing of patients with mild cognitive impairment and the effect of cognitive intervention on patients with MCI is less in China. The research progress of mild cognitive disorder diagnosis and nursing were reviewed including psychological intervention, cognitive training, daily life management in order to improve the quality of life in patients with mild cognitive impairment and achieve goals of healthy aging.关键词
