摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the diagnostic value of spiral CT virtual bronchoscopy (CTVB) in severe burn patients complicated with inhalation injury.MethodsFrom January 2012 to October 2014, 82 cases of severe burn patients with inhalation injury were treated by spiral CT simulation bronchoscopy (CTVB) and fiber bronchoscopy (FOB). ResultsSpiral CT virtual bronchoscopy (CTVB) can display segmental and sub segmental bronchial structures and lesions, the image can be and fiberoptic bronchoscopy (FOB) images comparable to, and through the site of obstruction of distal bronchial were observed, and can reach general ifberoptic bronchoscopy (FOB) cannot reach gradeⅤand below bronchus.ConclusionSpiral CT virtual bronchoscopy can factually reflect the complex airway anatomy and the relationship between airway morphological changes can be used as a screening method for fiberoptic bronchoscopy, for clinically suspected severe burn with inhalation injury patients provides a simple and efifcient inspection method.关键词
