摘要
Abstract
Objective To sodium valproate combined with quetiapine in the treatment of the clinical curative effect of bipolar disorder manic were analyzed.Methods From October 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital of bipolar disorder manic patients 80 cases as the research object, randomly divided into control group and combined group two groups were taken quetiapine fumarate, sodium valproate combined with quetiapine after drug treatment, compared the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients. ResultsAfter treatment, the combination group patients with BRMS score, PANSS score improved signiifcantly better than the control group, P<0.05, combinative effect of patients was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.ConclusionThe bipolar disorder manic patients taking sodium valproate combined with quetiapine treatment can effectively improve the patient's BRMS score, PANSS score, has better clinical value.关键词
