Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Recombinant Human Interferonα-1b Injection by aerosol inhalation in treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease of children.Methods The children (120 cases) diagnosed with hand-foot-mouth disease in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment (70 cases) and control groups (50 cases). The children in the control group were administered with ribavirin injection 10~15 mg/(kg·d), intravenous drip 2 times, the children in the treatment group were administered with Recombinant Human Interferonα-1b Injection 2 μg/kg twice daily by compressed air and aerosol inhalation, which was diluted by physiological saline 2 ml. Both the children in the two groups were administered with symptomatic treatment. A treatment period was 5 d, and then compared the rapeutic effects of two groups. ResultsThe effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. The total efifcacies in the treatment and control groups were 97.14% and 84.00%, respectively, with the signiifcant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The rapeutic effect of recombinant human interferonα-1b Injection by aerosol inhalation in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease of children is reliable and safety in clinic is satisifed.关键词
