往复压缩机变工况下吸气阀运动及冲击特性研究
Research on Motion and Shock Characteristics of Reciprocating Compressor Suction Valve Under Variable Load Condition

Abstract
Reciprocating compressor stepless capacity control system adopted the hydraulic system to drive the mechanical actu-ator to control the opening time of the suction valve. The mathematical model of the working cycle of reciprocating compressor un-der capacity control is established,and the dynamic pressure of the cylinder under different loads is simulated. The motion law of the free closing of the suction valve is analyzed. Used AMESim software to study the motion law of the actuator under different spring stiffness. Obtained the motion law of the suction valve under capacity control system,and the source of the cylinder vibra-tion shock by the experimental and simulation results. Provided theory evidence for the research of Stepless Capacity Control and the fault diagnosis of reciprocating compressor suction valve.关键词
