摘要

Abstract

The blade structure of a high temperature and high pressure hot water circulation pump is developed,the seal system and the cooling system are optimized. Meantime,the pump performance is verified by the experiment. Results show that the pump efficiency reaches 82% and the required net positive suction head is 4. 5m when the pump runs at the design condition. Further-more,the pump has a good seal capability when the pump runs with a high inlet pressure of 6. 4MPa and a high temperature of 280℃ and the life of the seal system reaches more the 20000 h.
