多级离心泵创建压力室平衡轴向力的试验研究

Abstract
The reliable axial force balancing device is high pressure multistage centrifugal pump to achieve long-term safe oper-ation of the important institutions. In view of the high pressure centrifugal pump to the requirement of reliability and long service life,innovation design a pressure chamber balance device automatic balancing high pressure centrifugal pump axial force. Under the guidance of the basic theory of flow pattern based on the experimental method of fluid mechanics studied three damping hole diameter on the machine efficiency,flow,pressure,the influence of power. For D25-30 × 5 multistage centrifugal pump,the damp-ing hole diameter was determined by the experiment forϕ4~6 mm,obtained the high efficiency of the whole machineη=0. 701~0. 802,maximum efficiency compared to the original balance disc structure increased by 18%. Unit operation of small vibra-tion,low noise,long time work stable and reliable.关键词
