摘要

Abstract

To study the structural dynamic characteristics for adding splitter blades on a low-specific-speed centrifugal pump,a molten salt pump of IS50-32-160,working under high temperature,was chosen as the research model. And based on the sequential fluid and structural interaction calculation,the static stress and modal distribution under different temperatures and operating flow rates were analyzed for two impellers schemes,which are with and without splitter blades. The calculation results show that the e-quivalent stress for the rotor reduced significantly by adding splitter blades. And the deformation distribution also improved effec-tively,which indicates that the splitter blade can effectively improve the impeller bearing capacity. Meanwhile,the deformation of the impeller decreases and then the inside flow field distribution is improved. Therefore,the wheel vibrations become lower. In the last,the natural frequency and different modes change slightly with the working temperature.
