交联淀粉/聚乙烯醇可降解树脂的制备及改性
Fabrication and Modification of Crosslinked Corn Starch/Polyvinyl Alchol Degradable Resin

Abstract
Corn starch is cross - linked via microwave irradiation ,and CaCO3 is organized by stearic acid .Then ,the cross - linked corn starch (C - CS) ,polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) ,glycerol and other additives are blended homogeneously by internal mixter .The obtained blended is molded to obtain C - CS/PVA degradable resin ,which is subsequently reinforced and modified by CaCO3 .Infrared spectrum , scanning electron microscope and strength testing are used to characterize the performance of C - CS/PVA degradable resin .The results show that the surface modification of stearic acid to CaCO3 is successful with 55 .6% lipophilic degree .The modified C - CS can remain dispersion and the original shape with an average diameter 5 ~ 20 μm .The tensile strength of C - CS/PVA with 30 parts of C - CS is nearby 20 MPa .However ,the elongation at break is slightly lower than the certification .Being reinforced with organized CaCO3 ,the tensile strength of C - CS/PVA with 30 parts of C - CS increases up to 22 .5 MPa ,and the elongation at break changes from 233% to 350% .关键词
