Risks,Preventive Countermeasures and Analysis on Their Interrelationship in Offshore Engineering Equipment Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes 15 risks ,puts forward preventive countermeasures in offshore engineering equipment enterprises ,and points out the relationship between risks and countermeasures ,interrelationship among risks and interrelationship among countermeasures on the base of ISM .Among all the risks ,exchange rate risk is the radical one ;risks of supply chain interact each other ;risks of backward technology interact each other ;and supply chain risk and backward technology risk interact each other .Implementing government’s guides and industrial - chain division are the basic countermeasures ,and R&D ,international operation ,supply chain management and enterprises alliance interact ,preventive countermeasures of projects operational risks and exchange rate risks are resultant countermeasures .关键词
