Development of Indicator System of Nursing Safety and Quality Evaluation in CCU
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct the evaluation of nursing safety and quality in CCU with the theory of three-dimensional structure. Methods Based on structure-process-outcome theory, the initial indicator system was developed after literature review, expert group discussion, Delphi method and Hierrchy analysis. Results The survey included 36 experts , the rate of questionnaire effecient was 100%and authoritative coefficients were 0.834 and 0.856 respectively. The index system consisted of 3 first-dimensions, 19 second-dimensions and 45 items. Conclusion The newly-developed indicator system meet the needs of the current CCU care, help to improve the safety and quality of care in CCU.关键词
