养老机构护理员岗位胜任现状及影响因素分析
Competency of Nursing Aides in Nursing Home and Its Influence Factors
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the competency of nursing aides in nursing home and analyze its influence factors. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied to survey 82 nursing aides in nursing homes in Ningbo. Results The total score of competency was 118.15 ±16.00. The main influencing factors of competency included professional title ( B=2.817) and service length (B=3.510). Conclusion The competency of nursing aides in nursing homes is poor. Different cultivation plan based on professional title and service length should be developed to improve the total competence of the nursing aides.关键词
