杭州300名临床一线高年资护士自我效能现状及影响因素分析
Self-efficacy of 300 Clinical Senior Nurses and Its Influence Factors In Hangzhou

Abstract
Objective To understand the current status of self-efficacy of clinical senior nurses in a class ⅢGrade Ⅰhospital in hangzhou and to analyze its influence factors. Methods General information questionnaire, self-efficacy scale, burnout inventory, and turnover intention scale were used to survey 300 clinical senior nurses. Multiple stepwise regression was used to analysis the influence factors of self-efficacy of clinical senior nurses. Results The score of self-efficacy of senior nurses was 26.61 ±5.13. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that emotional exhaustion and sense of personal achievement were the main influence factors of self-efficacy of senior nurses. Conclusion Self-efficacy of clinical senior nurses maintains in a mediate level in a classⅢ Grade Ⅰ hospital in hangzhou. It is important to take various kinds of measures to play the full advantage of senior nurses and improve their self-efficacy.关键词
