基于时间序列模型预测ICU护士情绪劳动的研究
Time Series-based Prediction and Analysis of Emotional Labor of Nursing Staff in ICU

Abstract
Objective To understand the current status of emotional labor of medical staff in ICU and its overall change after intervention and to provide reference for further intervention. Methods A total of 220 medical staff were selected randomly and investigated for their emotional labor per month from October 2010 to December 2015. During this period, once there was drop-out, there would be supplement of medical staff. The data from October 2010 to September 2013 were background data for the prediction of further emotional labor and the data from October 2013 to December 2015 were intervention data. Surface acting, deep acting and total emotional labor of medical staff before and after the intervention were compared for the time-independent rules and further prediction. The difference of emotional score before and after the intervention was compared and ARMIA model was used for time series fitting. Results The total score of emotional labor and deep acting were lower after the intervention ( P<0.05). Pair T test showed no significant difference between the prediction from the time series model established and the mean tested value ( P>0.05). Conclusion The score of emotional labor tends to be high and it returns to be normal after the intervention. The establishment of time series model benefits the prediction of future emotional labor tendency and it is worth to be popularized in future study.关键词
