HPLC法测定蒙药阿嘎日-8中没食子酸的含量
Determining the Content of Galic Acid in Agari-8 by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) separation was performed on Hypcrsil C18 ODS (4.6mm × 250mm,10μL),The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-phosphate(The volume ratio of 5:95: 0.02). The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1,the detection wavelength was 273nm,the column temperature was 32℃. Gallic acid showed a good linear relationship(y=8.7E+06x-137675,r=0.9999)in the range of 0.35~1.40mg·mL-1 ,and the average recovery rate was 93.79%(RSD=0.48%). The HPLC method can also be applied to determine the content of Gallic acid in herbal medicine,grain,fodder and food.关键词
