A Study Based on the Big Data of the Construction of Social Stability Risk Assessment Mechanism in Major Administrative Policy Decision
摘要
Abstract
Purpose/Significance]In the era of Governance Modernization,researching how to apply Big Data technology to the con-struction of social stability risk assessment mechanism in major administrative policy decisions will have very important theoretical and practical significances. [ Method/Process] Based on an in-depth analysis of the dilemma and connotations in actual operation of the social stability risk assessment institution in major administrative policy decisions, this paper proposes that in order to effectively solved the prob-lems that faced in the nowadays social stability risk assessment mechanism of major administrative decision-making,it needs to reconstruct the mechanism on base of the Big Data. [ Result/Conclusion] On one hand, in order to ensure a scientific evaluation results, we need to implement and promote "numbers" evaluation system and establish risk data value realization process;on the other hand, in order to en-hance the democratic of the assessment results,we need to implement pros and cons of two-way type debate model of social stability risk assessment mechanism of major administrative decision-making.关键词
